Our Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit on a credit card of one night suite rate or 25% of nights reserved (whichever is greater) is processed at the time the booking is made to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival and is charged to your credit card at that time. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and a copy of your booking folio will be emailed to you for your files. We will honor your reservation by not offering your Dates or Suite to anyone else.

Our Cancellation Policy is 14 days for on Suites, so please be sure to call within that time period or send us an email if you are not able to keep your reservation. We will confirm your cancellation with an email with your confirmation number. If you cancel with less than 14 days, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights. Please note the cancellation policy also applies to reservations booked with Gift Certificates. ”No Shows'' and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved. All suite bookings Include (8%) PST, (5%) GST, (2%) MRDT.

Spa Cancellation Policies

Payments in full for treatment are processed at the time of booking to guarantee your treatment. A copy of your spa confirmation and time will be emailed to you. We kindly request 7 days notice for cancellations. No shows will be fully charged. Spa practitioners are not RMT. All Spa treatments have (5%) GST.
